FAQs
+ How will I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal experience. I provide a 15 minute consultation at no charge, so that we can get to know each other better. The only way to truly decide whether I’m the therapist for you is to come in for a session (or attend one virtually). I pride myself on my extensive knowledge and previous experience in chronic health conditions, childbirth trauma, infertility, substance abuse, and culture.
+ What can I expect from therapy?
If you’ve recently decided to see a therapist for the first time, you may be confused about how it works. Therapy is an individual experience and can vary greatly depending on each person. Though I won’t have an answer to every question you ask, my goal is to guide you towards finding the answers and solutions you need, for yourself.
